How To Anal Douche - The Complete Guide

Anal douching is the process of cleaning out your butt before having receptive anal sex. It's not a mandatory thing that you have to do, but it can help you feel more sexy and confident in bed, since you'll know that you're clean and won't accidentally shit on your man's dick.

These are the steps on how to anal douche in the most safe and efficient way.

Step 1: Get a good enema bulb and some water-based lube.

Get these products now. Once you have them, we can move on to step 2.

Step 2: Fill up your enema bulb with lukewarm water.

That means not too hot, and not too cold. You don't want to burn your ass and you also don't want to give it a brain freeze (but like, in your ass). Make sure that you fill up the enema bulb all the way - you won't be using all of the water, but a full bulb will make your life easier.

Step 3: Sit on the toilet and try to poop.

This is a step that I rarely ever see anyone talk about. You need to try to poop before you stick an enema up your ass and clean it. Even if you've already pooped earlier in the day, or if you think you don't need to... Just try. Trust me, it'll save you time and help you avoid discomfort.

Step 4: Put some water-based lube on the tip of the enema.

The reason why you need water-based lube isn't necessarily for the anal douching part of the process - it's so that if you choose to play with silicone toys later on in the night, you won't ruin the material of those toys by getting any silicone-based lube on them. But that's a conversation we can have at a different time.

Lubing up the tip of your enema is crucial because it will ensure that the tip will enter your butthole more easily and smoothly. 

Step 5: Get into a half-squat position over the toilet.

Bring the enema bulb through the front of your body, making your way past your dick and your balls.

Step 6: Find your butthole with the lubed tip. 

Take a couple seconds to lightly hover over your butt area to look for your butthole. Once you find it, slowly and gently insert the tip just a little bit. Don't insert it too far in! 1/4 of an inch is plenty.

Step 7: Squeeze the bulb and squirt 1/4 of the water into your butt.

Don't put too much water in your butt, because if the water goes too far deep, you'll be stuck cleaning your ass for hours. Never use more than half of the water. 1/4 to 1/2 of the water is enough.

Step 8: Leave the water in your butt for 1-3 minutes.

You need to let the water sit in your butt for a little bit. Now might be a good time to shave, brush your teeth, or dance around the bathroom to some good music. 

Step 9: Poop the water out of your butt.

The water is probably going to be dirty. This is normal and okay. 

Step 10: Flush and refill your enema bulb with lukewarm water.

Step 11: Repeat steps 5-10 until the water is clean.

Usually, 3-4 rounds is enough. Don't overdo it, though. 

Step 12: Wash the enema with soap.

Once you're done, you need to wash the enema with soap so that it'll be clean for your next use.

Step 13: Celebrate.

Take a shower, wash the outside of your ass, and get excited because you're about to have CLEAN, AMAZING SEX. Pat yourself on the back. You did it!
